Eva brings over a decade of experience designing award-winning, custom residential homes and boutique hospitality spaces across California and internationally. Her signature approach to "Quiet Luxury"—focusing on clean lines, natural materials, and sustainable design—was shaped by her global background in architecture and urban planning, including time studying in Denmark and working in China.

Before bringing her practice to North Carolina, Eva served as Project Architect for top-tier Los Angeles firms. She has led complex, multi-phase projects in exclusive neighborhoods like Beverly Hills, Montecito, Malibu, and Hancock Park. Because she is deeply experienced in navigating the strict regulatory requirements of historic and coastal zones, Eva knows how to take a project smoothly from the first sketch to the final walk-through.

Michael brings a rare, highly technical background to the construction process, having spent 20 years working as a Land Surveyor for Orange County and Los Angeles County. This deep understanding of topography, lot lines, and site preparation is an invaluable asset for clients looking to build from the ground up.

In addition to his decades of site experience, Michael was a successful Luxury Realtor in Los Angeles (Compass | Sunset Strip), representing buyers and sellers in multi-million dollar transactions. This dual perspective means Michael doesn't just know how to build a house; he understands exactly what makes a luxury estate hold its value in a highly competitive market.
